Starting an innovation-driven company is all about leveraging expertise to solve a problem in new, groundbreaking ways. Two San Antonio-based nonprofit organizations are calling for entrepreneurial presenters to share their stories of developing an innovative product or service in the energy and healthcare sectors, respectively.
EPIcenter, a clean energy nonprofit is seeking presenters to share a ten-minute talk for its annual summit scheduled over two sessions, October 18 and November 9, to allow for more engaging content and participation. The nonprofit, established in 2015, accelerates innovation via its many programs to make the production and consumption of energy smarter, cleaner, more resilient, and more efficient.
The EPIcenter summit sessions will feature speakers and entrepreneurs from across the country with diverse perspectives from their field of expertise. Apply to present your innovation by the submission deadline on September 27 at 5 pm.
The Health Cell invites San Antonio life science, medical technology, or healthcare entrepreneurs to submit a three-minute pitch to compete for one of seven slots showcasing your company to the greater San Antonio healthcare community on November 11 from 12-1 pm.
The nonprofit organization was formed by and for San Antonio’s biotechnology, medical, military, and academic leadership to promote professional development and collaboration across San Antonio’s health sector. Speaker applications will be accepted until October 1, 2021
